Salary: PKR 15,00/month + 10% Commission on Successful Deals

Vines Commerce is seeking a motivated Upwork Bidder to join our Lahore team on-site. This role is ideal for individuals familiar with freelancing platforms who are eager to generate leads and successfully close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Write and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork
- Identify and apply for relevant jobs daily
- Communicate with potential clients and schedule calls
- Coordinate with internal teams for project estimation
- Track and report bidding performance
Requirements:
- Strong written English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Upwork or similar platforms
- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be available for on-site work only
