Job Description
VoIPMen PVT Ltd, a prominent provider of VoIP solutions, is on the lookout for a dedicated Vicidial Customer Support Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you possess a fundamental understanding of ViciDial, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and configure user accounts in ViciDial.
- Upload and manage data within the ViciDial system.
- Set up and maintain various campaigns.
- Oversee VOIP carriers and Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers.
- Analyze campaign reports to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of ViciDial.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proficient problem-solving abilities.
