Job Description
Position: Sales & Business Development Executive – Fleet Tracking & Telematics
Location: Lahore
Experience Level: 3-5 Years (Junior-Level)
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales Focus: Drive sales growth by identifying and securing potential clients within the fleet tracking and telematics industry through physical networking, events, and direct outreach.
- Client Acquisition: Leverage industry contacts and networking to generate leads and secure new accounts.
- Account Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and lead conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and product teams to understand and deliver customized solutions that align with client needs.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent the Company: Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the company’s solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Note: MBA or higher is not required for this role, as field experience is a priority.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on field sales experience in fleet tracking, telematics, or a related industry (IoT, vehicle management, etc.).
- Networking: Strong existing network in the fleet and telematics sector and ability to tap into local markets through physical presence and events.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
- Field-Oriented: Ability to work independently and thrive in a field-based role with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and negotiate with senior-level clients.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Competitive with commission structure.
- Commission-Based Incentive: Attractive performance-based incentives.
