Job Description
Waada Digital Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Call Center Team Lead to manage and support our agents in telecom campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from a domestic call center, particularly with telecom initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of call center agents.
- Track and analyze performance to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.
- Resolve escalated issues and uphold high service quality standards.
- Collaborate with management to provide updates on campaign progress.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a domestic call center environment.
- Previous leadership experience in telecom campaigns is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
