Job Description
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Walee Technologies is looking for a motivated Jr. Customer Support Associate to become a part of our growing team in Islamabad. If you are passionate about helping customers, have strong communication skills, and are eager to thrive in a dynamic fintech environment, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist with inquiries related to loan eligibility and applications.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Accurately log customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Monitor social media for customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates or up to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficient communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Tech-savvy and well-organized.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
