Job Description
You Close Deals. We Deliver Leads. At Want To Sell Now, we are seeking motivated and high-performing closers who have a talent for managing calls, building rapport, and securing signatures. You will connect directly with eager homeowners looking to sell, eliminating the complications associated with cold leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound seller leads on a daily basis
- Conduct thorough needs assessments
- Negotiate and present attractive purchase offers
- Maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM system
- Follow up persistently and take ownership of your closing rate
Compensation:
- $7/hour base pay + 2% commission
- Potential annual earnings: $40,00+
- Sign-on bonus: R27,00 after 90 days
