Job Description
Are you an experienced Network/System Administrator with expertise in system maintenance and customer service? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team at Web Concepts Pvt Ltd. Your skills in server administration and network management will be greatly appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, as well as network devices.
- Oversee network performance and security measures.
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to clients.
- Troubleshoot issues related to billing platforms such as SAS and Zal Pro.
- Collaborate on systems integration projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in system and network administration.
- Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.
- Strong customer support abilities.
