Job Description
WebDigitalSphere is on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who possesses a “CAN DO” attitude and exemplary communication skills in English. The ideal candidate should have a background in making outbound calls and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver service information to customers.
- Address inquiries through phone and email.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and chat.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Must be available for morning shifts (9 am to 6 pm).
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00/month
