Wolfiz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer with IT industry experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing comprehensive HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and enhancing employee engagement.
Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, managing payroll data, and coordinating initiatives to boost employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess over one year of HR experience in the IT sector, familiarity with HRIS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
