Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is on the lookout for a proactive Social Media & Content Head to elevate our brand’s online presence. In this pivotal leadership position, you will lead content strategy, manage creative execution, and assess performance metrics to ensure optimal impact.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing weekly content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Crafting compelling captions and video scripts.
- Managing a small creative team to drive innovation.
- Monitoring engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
Qualifications required:
- 4-6 years of experience in social media strategy.
- Expertise in writing and content psychology.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Must reside in Lahore and be available for part-time work (24 hours/week).
