Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Urdu Language Intern to join our team at YA-TECH. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with departments for follow-ups
- Generating business leads and reporting
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the line manager
Remuneration Package:
- 10 Sick Leaves
- 10 Casual Leaves
- 7 Annual Leaves (after one year)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs28,00.00 per month
