Job Description
Join our dynamic team at ya-tech as a Customer Service Representative! We are looking for skilled individuals who can:
- Answer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide product and service information
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Coordinate follow-ups with relevant departments
- Generate and follow up on business leads
- Complete any tasks assigned by the line manager
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
