Job Description
YNC PAKISTAN is actively searching for a motivated and experienced Senior Upwork Bidder to join our team located in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 19. This is a full-time role requiring night shift availability from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Upwork profile, conducting research, and bidding on design and development projects. You will prepare compelling proposals and establish strong client relationships. Additionally, the role entails negotiating high-value projects and analyzing performance metrics to foster continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Upwork bidding, exceptional proposal writing skills, and the ability to work independently toward achieving defined goals.
