Job Description
Zepto Systems Limited is currently seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring all sites are adequately covered by accepting tasks from management and coordinating with senior management and field teams to promptly address officer concerns and manage shift changes.
Key responsibilities include liaising with clients during alarm response calls, accurately completing incident reports, and effectively recording officer events. Ideal candidates should possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and leadership qualities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Location: Rawalpindi – Reliable commuting or relocation is required.
