Job Description
Location: Islamabad | Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9 AM – 6 PM
Zigron Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Operations Manager to become an integral part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Psychology and possess 5–6 years of experience in HR operations.
We are looking for someone with excellent policy development skills, a solid understanding of leave management, and a proactive attitude while working with a small team. Familiarity with ERP systems and compliance with EOBI regulations is required.
Key Responsibilities: Formulate HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, oversee attendance and leave management, and coordinate with department heads and finance for payroll support.
