Job Description
Zolara Global Tech (Private) Limited is on the lookout for dynamic and experienced Cold Calling Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls as part of our sales campaigns focused on the US and Canadian markets. Your primary goal will be to connect with potential customers, engage them effectively, and qualify leads over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Confidently present product offerings and address customer objections.
- Create interest and generate qualified leads.
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to handle customer rejections.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Goal-oriented with exceptional time management abilities.
