Job Description
ZUE Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Outbound Specialist to support dermatology patients with follow-up care. This role involves making outbound calls to schedule appointments, verifying patient histories, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Location: Karachi (On-site)
Shift Timing: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements: Candidates should possess 1–2 years of outbound calling experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Comfort with U.S. shift hours is essential.
