Job Description

ZZ Media, a fast-growing programmatic media firm, seeks a hands-on Ad Operations & Monetization Manager to oversee platform integrations, manage invalid traffic (IVT) controls, and maximize revenue across video, display, and in-app inventory. The role requires optimizing SSP/DSP configurations, monitoring daily supply and demand, resolving technical integration issues, and analyzing eCPM, fill rates, and reporting discrepancies to drive yield improvements.

• Requirements: 1–3 years in Ad Operations or programmatic monetization; familiarity with major SSP/DSP platforms, OpenRTB, app-ads.txt, and sellers.json;
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, analytical mindset, and professional English communication;
• Full-time remote position; salary Rs80,00–Rs250,00/month; direct impact with a modern ad-tech stack and top-tier partners.
